Sharon Kay Babin

Sharon Kay Babin, 68, of LaGrange, formerly of Goshen, died Saturday morning, March 19, 2016 at Parkview Regional Medical Center.

She was born July 25, 1947 in Goshen to Willard and Dorothy (Sumpter) Schmucker.

Survivors include two sons, Michael (Nancy) Babin of New Paris and Marc Babin of Sarasota, Florida; six grandchildren; a sister, Joyce Schrock and a brother, Kenneth Schmucker both of Shipshewana.

Sharon was a member of Hively Avenue Mennonite Church and worked as an LPN for IU Health Goshen Hospital and private home care.

Friends may call Friday, March 25, 2016, from 1 p.m. until the 3 p.m. memorial service at Hively Avenue Mennonite Church, 800 E Hively Avenue, Elkhart.  Chaplain Margaret Sawatsky will officiate.
