Shane Holbrook

Shane Holbrook, 68, of New Paris, died Monday, February 6, 2023 at The Waters of Wakarusa.

She was born August 14, 1954 in Goshen to Theron and Donna (Packer) Sheley.

On October 10, 1972 she married Ricky Holbrook in Goshen.

He survives along with daughter, Nikki (Lyle) Baker of Kalamazoo, Michigan; a bonus daughter, Kelly Hathaway; three grandchildren, Kodi Carpenter, Lyle and David Sparks-Baker; a brother, Michael Sheley of Goshen; and life-long friend and sister, Martha Sholtey.

Along with her parents, she was preceded death by two great-granddaughters, Athena Holbrook and Aries Romine.

Mrs. Holbrook worked for Sash and Door, Goshen and also at the Ready-Mart, New Paris. She enjoyed cross-stitching, bowling, and was an avid Nascar fan, especially when Michael Waltrip was racing.

Visitation will be Friday, February 10, 2023 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.

A graveside service will be conducted Saturday, February 11, 2023 at 9 a.m. at Oakridge Cemetery, Goshen.
