Sara Ann Bixler

Sara Ann Bixler Sara Ann Bixler, 71, of Orange Park, Florida, formerly of Goshen, died Thursday, May 31. 2007, at the Orange Park Medical Center in Orange Park, following an extended illness.   She was born in Millersburg, Indiana, on June 7, 1935, to Osborn and Altha (Cobbum) Green.  She married Lloyd “Pete” Bixler in November 1965 in Chicago.  He died July 23, 1992.   Mrs. Bixler moved to Florida 14 years ago.  She had worked as a custodian at the Moose Lodge.   She is survived by a sister, Elinor Jean Cox of Baytown, Texas and a brother, Archie Cliff (Grace) Green of Millersburg, Indiana.   She was preceded in death by her husband; two sisters, Alice Eash and Mary David; and a brother, Merrill Green.   There will be no visitation or viewing.  Friends and family will meet at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, June 5.   An 11:00 a.m., graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 5, at Yellow Creek Cemetery, Goshen.  Pastor Bob Doane of the Zion Community Church in Millersburg will officiate.   Memorial contributions may be given to the Moosehaven, Orange Park, Florida.
