Sandra M. Shively

Sandra Shively, 60, of Goshen, passed away early Monday morning, January 23, 2017 at her home.  She had been battling cancer since September 9.

She was born June 5, 1956 in West Liberty, Kentucky to Cletus and Geneva (Watkins) Keeton.

Survivors include two daughters, Sheila (Paul) Wagner and Lisa J. Scott, both of Goshen, four grandchildren, Shalisha (Eufemio) Ochoa, Zachary Shively, Sheena Scott and Bobbi Baker; two great-grandchildren, Antonio and Ruth Ochoa; five step-great-grandchildren; a brother, Dean Keeton of Burlington, Michigan; and former husband, Robert W. Shively of Pierceton.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Johnny R. Adkins.

A longtime Goshen resident, Sandra worked at Forest River.  She was a member of the Goshen Moose Lodge and enjoyed being surrounded by her family .

Friends may call Wednesday, February 1, 2017 from 4 until the 5 p.m. memorial service at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.  Rev. Jeff Cooper will officiate.

Cremation will take place at Yoder-Culp Crematory.
