Ruby M. Toth, 93, of Goshen, died Wednesday morning, November 7, 2012, at Greencroft Healthcare where she had been less than a month. She was born May 25, 1919 in Middlebury to Frank and Minnie (Young) Schrock. She married K. Harold Miller January 1, 1938. He died June 28, 1979. She later married George Toth January 10, 1981. He died October 15, 1995. She is survived by a daughter, Shielda Collins of Goshen; a son, Dr. Kenneth H. Miller of Stellacoom, Washington; two step-sons, Dr. Kenneth Toth of Sun City, California and Richard Toth of Bad Axe, Michigan; six grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two siblings, Cletus Schrock and Ruth Decker. A longtime area resident, Mrs. Toth graduated from Middlebury High School in 1937. She was a member of First English Lutheran Church, Goshen. She worked at Chase Bag for 26 years and retired from the Department of Public Welfare as an accounting clerk. She was a charter member of Women of the Moose Lodge and #1047 DAV Auxiliary. Friends may call 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, November 9, 2012, at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. A 10:30 a.m., Saturday, November 10, 2012, funeral service will be conducted at First English Lutheran Church, Goshen. Pastor Gene Hollingsworth will officiate. Burial will follow in Violett Cemetery, Goshen. Memorial contributions may be made to First English Lutheran Church or Greencroft.
