Rose E. Westcoat

Rose E. Westcoat, 95, of Goshen, died Saturday afternoon, October 29, 2011, at Greencroft Healthcare. She was born January 13, 1916 in Friendsville, Maryland to John and Alice (Fike) Hall. She married Woodrow Wilson Westcoat June 14, 1938. He died in 2002. She is survived by two daughters, Chiquita (Jim) Hetrick of Lakeland, Florida, and Pamela (Bill) Pullin of Goshen; a son, Woodrow "Dean" (Kimberly) Westcoat of Damron, Maryland; six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three siblings, Jean, John and Daryl. There will be no visitation or services. In accordance with Mrs. Westcoat's wishes cremation will take place. Yoder-Culp Crematory and Yoder-Culp Funeral Home are assisting with arrangements.
