Rosalea Janney

Rosalea Janney, 86, of Goshen died Monday, May 30, 2016 at Elkhart Hospice House, Elkhart.

She was born May 25, 1930 in Anderson to Ernest and Helen (Blake) Carver.

On October 30, 1949 she married Fred D. Janney in Gaston.  He passed away February 16, 2007.

She is survived by a son, Duane L. Janney and a daughter, Sharon (Jim) Davis, both of Elkhart; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a sister, Adalea Jones of Goshen.

Mrs. Janney was a member of the Gaston United Methodist Church, the Eastern Star, and the American Legion #387 Auxilary, where she served as a past president.

She enjoyed knitting and being in the garden.

Friends may call Friday, June 3, 2016 beginning at 9 a.m. prior to the 11 a.m. funeral service at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.

Burial will follow at Violett Cemetery, Goshen.
