Ronald V. Kramer

Ronald V. Kramer, 81, of Goshen died Sunday, March 30, 2025 at his home.

He was born October 6, 1943 in Syracuse to Ronald V. and Virginia “Ginnie” (McFarren) Kramer. They preceded him in death.

He married Carol Ligget on August 17, 1968 in Valparaiso.

She survives along with a daughter, Kelly (Michael) McDonough of Muncie; son, Robert (Julie) Kramer of Goshen; two grandchildren; and two brothers, John Kramer of Wisconsin and Tom (Debbie) Kramer of Naperville, Illinois.

A U.S. Navy veteran, Mr. Kramer worked at CTS, Elkhart as an electronic engineer. He was an Eagle Scout and served as a Boy Scout Leader.

A member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Bremen, Ron enjoyed reading military history, camping, hiking and operating remote control planes. He was also a member of the AirZoo in Kalamazoo, Michigan and enjoyed listening to Big Band and Jazz music.

Cremation will take place at Yoder-Culp Crematory.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
