Ron Smith

Ron Smith, 64, of Edwardsburg, Michigan died Thursday, July 2, 2020 as a result of a work accident.

He was born June 29, 1956 in Goshen.

Ron is survived by a son, Thomas Smith; two sisters, Karen (William) Meadows of Williamsburg, Kentucky and Melody Edington; four brothers, James (Denise) Smith, Myron Smith, Roger Yoder and Kenneth Howard; niece Jainne Meadows and nephew, Tom Meadows.

He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Smith, his mother, Helen (Pritts) Howard and two brothers, Tommy and Fred Smith.

Ron worked for the Indiana Toll Road and was a member of the Warriors Oath Motorcycle Club.   He served with the US Army.

Visitation will be Tuesday, July 7, 2020 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.

A 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 8, 2020 graveside service, with military honors, will be conducted at Violett Cemetery.  Chaplain Charlie Stacy will officiate.
