Roger D. Barnett

Roger D. Barnett, 71, of Goshen died Friday, July 4, 2025 at Goshen Hospital.

Born February 14, 1954 in Sikeston, Missouri, he was the third of eight children born to Milton and Anna Mae (Burnett) Barnett. They along with four siblings preceded him in death.

Roger is survived by four daughters, Amber (Rick) Mulldune of Tennessee, Tara Dillion of Nappanee, Crystal (Chris) Reed of Goshen, and Amanda (Mark) Dickinson of Warsaw; six grandchildren, Cody (Alaina) McDonald, Maranda Reed, Cristian Chairez, Zachary Mulldune Logan Spencer and Katherine Mulldune; and nine great-grandchildren.

He is also survived by two brothers, Rubin Barnett of Sturgis, Michigan and Rick (Kris) Barnett of Goshen, and a sister, Rhonda Barnett Simpson of Pleasureville, Kentucky.

Roger attended school in Constantine, Michigan. He worked at Syndicate Systems for many years. He most recently was employed by Menards.

He was a hard worker but also took time for the hobbies he enjoyed like wood working and gardening in his flower beds. He loved his German Shepard dogs, but most of all appreciated time with his family and grandchildren.

According to his wishes, cremation will take place with no other services.
