Rodney Lawrence Pumroy

Rodney L. Pumroy, 61, passed away Friday, December 2, 2022, at Goshen Hospital after an extended illness.

He was born April 6, 1961 in Paw Paw, Michigan.

Rodney is survived by his mother, Lois (Rodrick) Pumroy of Goshen, ; a sister, Lori (Glenn) Shoup of Salem, Oregon and his best friend since high school, Laurie Eash of Muscatine, Iowa.

He was preceded in death by his father, James W. Pumroy.

He graduated from Goshen High School in 1980 and later from Ivy Tech with a degree in electronics.  He had worked as a cameraman for WNIT-TV and most recently as a framer at MasterBrand in the cabinet framing department.

A former Boy Scout, he enjoyed pool and range shooting and was an excellent dart player.

Visitation will be Tuesday, December 6, 2022, from 4 to 6 p.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home where a 6:30 p.m. funeral service will be held.

Cremation will follow the service and burial will be in Graceland Township Cemetery, Kouts.
