Robin Rozella Waggoner

Robin Rozella (Randolph) 60, of Syracuse, Indiana, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 11, 2026, at 10:12 a.m. at her home, surrounded by the love of her family.

Born on April 16, 1966, in Goshen, Indiana,

Robin spent her life cultivating a deep, unconditional love for her family and friends. Known for her warm heart and dedication to those she loved, she worked as a laborer in the RV Industry but is more known for her occupation as an exceptional and loving mother, always putting others first.

Robin was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, whose greatest joy came from watching her family grow.

She was reunited in heaven by her parents, Clifford and JoAnn (Halley), Randolph; her brother Randy Randolph and sister Terry Kauffman; and her precious daughter, Nikki Nicole Waggoner, with whom she is now walking peacefully with once again.

Robin’s legacy of love lives on through her devoted husband, Patrick Waggoner, and her children: Patrick Waggoner of Syracuse, IN, Tabitha Waggoner of Mishawaka, IN, Amanda Waggoner of Wakarusa, IN, and Ryan Waggoner of Syracuse, IN. She was the cherished grandmother of 12 grandchildren: McKenzie, Devyn, Payge, Preston, Sophie, Mia, Addasynn, Aarolynn, Xavier, Landon, Zendaya, Talon, Tayrn, Bentley and Legacy. Also surviving are her sisters Connie (Doug) Sherman and Becky (Dan) Bales. She is also survived by her beloved “best friend- sister”, Dianna Hanna & her best friend’s daughter Brittney, as well as many loving nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Robin's life at the Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, located at 1911 South Main Street, Goshen, Indiana 46526. On Thursday, September 17, 2026, from1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. with a Funeral Service starting at 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Baintertown Cemetery.
