Robert Bruce Elliott

Robert Bruce Elliott, 81, passed away Tuesday, July 15, 2025 at Goshen Hospital.

He was born December 14, 1943 in Goshen to Herman and Wanda (Bull) Elliott.

On June 5, 1988 he married Pamela Madison.

In addition to his wife, Pamela, he is survived by four daughters, Stephanie Luke, Kelly Cox, Stacy (Bob) Burden and Kim Underwood; 13 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Vicki (Ed) Diamond.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Rob Elliott; a grand-son, Anthony Burden; two sisters, Connie Blodget and Mary Jane Crabill; and a brother, Richard Elliott.

A dedicated public servant, Robert proudly served the Goshen community for many years. He retired from the Goshen Fire Department after 24 years of service, then continued his commitment to the city by working at the Goshen Wastewater Treatment Plant for another 19 years.

Beyond his work, Robert had a passion for antique fire trucks, often attending car shows and participating in parades. He also cherished his beloved dogs.

A celebration of Life will take place Saturday, July 26, 2025 from 11 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. at the Goshen VFW Post 985.
