Richard A. Spicher

Richard A. Spicher, 64, of Goshen, died Thursday evening, May 29, 2008, at Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne.  He had been ill for several months. He was born in Goshen on June 28, 1943, to Nelson and Dorothy (Kurtz) Spicher. A lifelong resident of the area, Mr. Spicher worked in the RV industry.  He served in the US Army and was a member of the Goshen DAV Chapter 15 where he was a former commander. He is survived by a daughter, Vicki Spicher and a son, Eric Dean (Tammy) Spicher, both of Goshen; three grandchildren; and a sister, Linda (Terry) Yoder of Goshen. He was preceded in death by his parents. Friends may call 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, June 2, at the funeral home. Rev. Craig Garber of the Goshen Christian Fellowship will officiate at the 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 3, 2008, funeral service, at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. Burial will be in Violett Cemetery, Goshen.
