Richard D. Riegsecker

Richard D. Riegsecker, 91, of Goshen, died Dec. 28, 2021 at home.

He was born July 15, 1930 in Goshen to John and Neomah (Miller) Riegsecker.

He is survived by four children, Dale (Pamela) Riegecker of Venice, Florida, Don (Lynda Hershberger) Riegsecker of Goshen, Deb (Kerm) Garber of New Paris and Darryl (Lori Kay) Riegsecker of Goshen; 11 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and two siblings, Doris (Roy) Keim and Duane Riegsecker, both of Goshen.

Along with his parents he was preceded in death by three sisters, Louise Hoogenboom, Mary Rice, Lillian Slabach and two brothers, Jesse and Robert Riegsecker.

An Army veteran, Mr. Riegsecker was a member of the Goshen DAV and VFW.  He attended Grace Community Church and had worked in production for Wieland Designs.

Visitation will be Tuesday, Jan. 11, 2022 from 3 to 6 p.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.  A graveside service will be conducted Wednesday, Jan. 12 at 11 a.m. at Clinton Union Cemetery, Goshen.

Memorial donations may be given to Goshen Home Care and Hospice or Goshen Boys and Girls Club.
