Richard W. Graber

Richard W. Graber, 73, of Elkhart, passed away Thursday, January 27, 2022, at home surrounded by his family.

He was born May 19, 1948 in Bloomington, Illinois to Peter and Viola (Litwiller) Graber.

On November 28, 1970 he married Doris E. Christner in Goshen. She died February 4, 2010.

Mr. Graber is survived by his two daughters, Tina (Ronald) Hicks and Cassandra Graber both of Elkhart; two grandsons, Ian Holdread and Zach Hicks; two great-grandsons, Sebastion Holdread and Jaxson Hicks; two sisters, Susan (Arnold) Litwiller of Illinois and Sandra (Lonnie) Sears of Paoli and a brother, Mark (Lori) Graber of Delavan, Illinois.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife and a brother, David Graber.

Richard enjoyed tractors, farming and his family.  He was a former supervisor at Universal Co. and process manager at Dexter Axle Co., Elkhart.

Visitation will be Tuesday, February 1, from 12 p.m. until the 2 p.m. funeral service at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Miller 8 Square Cemetery.
