Reva M. Bennett, 85, of Goshen, passed away early Wednesday morning, at the Maples of Waterford Crossing where she had been a resident since 2007. She was born in Linden, Iowa on October 29, 1926 to Glenn R. and Bernice (Harbour) Bennett. Although being born in Iowa, Ms. Bennett spent almost her enitre life in the Goshen area. She is survived by one niece, Beverly A. Call, Goshen; two great-nieces, Karla (Joseph) Cook, Elkhart, Karen Call, Pigeon Forge, Tenn.,; and one great-nephew, Eric Call, Goshen. She was preceded in death by her mother and father and one sister, Betty Bewyer. A Goshen High School graduate, Ms. Bennett took a job shortly after her graduation at the former General Telephone (now Frontier) where she worked for more than 40 years. Friends may call on Friday, October 26, from 1-2 pm at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. A graveside service, conducted by Licensed Minister Timothy T. Yoder, will immediately follow visitation at Violett Cemetery.
