She was born January 1, 1965, to Richard and Judith (Sawyer) Kooyenga. They preceded her in death.
She is survived by a daughter, Rosann (Paul) Webster or Lafayette: a sister, Sherry Cordes of Port Richey, Florida; two nieces and several great nieces and nephews.
She was a big fan of the Chicago Bears and the Chicago Cubs.
