Raymond T. Holbrook, 94, of Milford, formerly of New Paris, died Friday morning, August 19, 2016 at Lakeland Rehabilitation and Healthcare.
He was born April 10, 1922 in Peoria, Illinois to Mabel (Holdeman) Holbrook.
On October 5, 1945 he married Aline M. Cook in Goshen. She died August 15, 1999.
He is survived by a son, Ricky (Shane) Holbrook of New Paris, a grandchild and a great grandchild.
Ray was a carpenter and mechanic. He enjoyed fishing, oil painting and liked to read western novels.
Friends may call Monday, August 22, 2016 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, Goshen.
A 10 a.m. Tuesday, August 23, 2016 graveside service will take place at Oakridge Cemetery, Goshen.
Memorial gifts may be made to Yoder-Culp Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
