Phyllis Marie Hutchinson

Phyllis M. Hutchinson, 97, of Goshen, died Saturday, October 20, 2018, at Greencroft Healthcare.

She was born January 2, 1921 in Goshen to Ray and Marie (Hall) Troup.

On September 25, 1937 she married John E. Hutchinson.  He died December 15, 1966.

Survivors include two sons, Edward A. Hutchinson of Elkhart and Thomas R. (Marsha) Hutchinson of Lafayette; nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Along with her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three children, John D. Hutchinson, Sally Weaver and Molly Truex; and a brother, Ray Troup.

Mrs. Hutchinson was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, VFW Post 985 Auxiliary and Quarter Center Club at CTS.  She volunteered at The Window.

Visitation will be Wednesday, October 24, 2018, from 10 a.m. until the 11 a.m. funeral service at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.

Burial will follow in Violett Cemetery.

Memorials may be given to VFW Post 985 Auxiliary or The Window.
