Phyllis J. Eyer

Phyllis J. Eyer, 90, of Goshen died Saturday, December 19, 2020 at Courtyard Healthcare.

She was born in Elkhart County November 6, 1930 to Lewis and Veda (Walter) Hower.

They preceded her in death along with her beloved husband, Edward E. Eyer, whom she had wed March 19, 1955.

Survivors include a daughter, Karen (David) Wolber of Goshen; two sons, Scot (Lavinnia) Eyer of Goshen and Bryan Eyer of South Bend; two grandchildren, Stephanie Eyer of Bristol and Nicholas (Kit) Eyer of Nebraska; a great granddaughter Willow Eyer; and a sister, Betty Stotts of Goshen.

Phyllis was retired from Johnson Controls and was a member of New Paris Missionary Church.  She enjoyed 17 years of retirement in Mulberry, Florida.

Cremation will take place at Yoder-Culp Crematory, Goshen. A private graveside service at Violett Cemetery, Goshen will be conducted at a later date.
