Paul K. Saunders

Paul K. Saunders, 85, of Mishawaka, died Sunday afternoon, April 19, 2009, at Hospice House in Elkhart. He was born in Elkhart on May 9, 1923, to Harvey and Veda (Moyer) Saunders.  He married Alice M. Vincent on April 2, 1949 in South Bend.  She survives. Owner of Saunder's Construction Company, Mr. Saunders attended Goshen High School. He is survived by his wife, Alice; two daughters, Linda (Fred) Von Gunten of Florida and Sandra (James) Heiden of Frederickburg, Texas; three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a sister, Marietta Smith and two brothers, Bruce and Roscoe Saunders. Friends and family will meet at Prairie Street Cemetery, Elkhart, for a 1:00 p.m., graveside service on Monday, April 20, 2009.  Nephew Jack Saunders of Mishawaka will officiate.
