Patricia Ann Zimmerman

In the early morning of Sunday, January 7, 2024, at Goshen Hospital, as the snow peacefully fell giving God’s creation the appearance of newness, and with her son holding one hand while Jesus held the other, Patricia (Pat) A. Zimmerman, 72, of Millersburg slipped peacefully into eternity and into her new life with Jesus, her redeemer and savior.

She was born December 19, 1951 in Elkhart to Delbert and Mary (Wise) Evans.

She is survived by a son, Eric (Tracy) Brown, Millersburg; a daughter, Margaret Bean, Warsaw; five grandchildren, MaryAnn Bean, Tian, Zachary, Meilee and Roan Brown; two sisters, Luella Wall-Fleischman, Venice, Florida and Sharon (Bob) Sloan, Elkhart, and a sister-in-law, Edith Evans, Tennessee.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Danny Evans.

Patricia attended Millersburg Church of Christ, she enjoyed bird watching, mushroom hunting, puzzles, paying cards and most of all to spend time with her grandchildren. She worked in the construction industry for Union Products International until 2009.

Cremation will take place at Yoder-Culp Crematory.

A celebration of life will take place in the spring with burial of cremated remains at Yellow Creek Cemetery.
