Patricia K. Mahar

Patricia K. Mahar, 76, of Goshen, passed away Monday, May 23, at Goshen Hospital.

She was born June 12, 1945, in Goshen to John L. and Emma (Kauffman) Mast.

Survivors include three sons, Robert L. (Nikki) Mahar, Goshen, John L. Mahar, Elkhart and Michael A. (Teresa) Mahar, Bristol; eight grandchildren and a brother, John L. Mast, Florida.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson Brandon Mahar and three brothers, Edward, Larry and Jack Tice.

Family was of the utmost importance to Pat and her dedication to solely raising her three boys was unparalleled.  Pat was an avid reader and enjoyed listening to music.  She retired from Flair Interiors after 34 years.

The family is planning a Celebration of Life at a later date.  Details will be posted on Yoder-Culp Funeral Home’s website as they become available.

Cremation will take place at Yoder-Culp Crematory and her remains will be scattered.

Memorial donations may be given to Riley Children’s Hospital or Elkhart County Humane Society.
