Pat Ann Larimer

April 6, 1932 — December 9, 2013

Pat A. Larimer 81, of Middlebury, died Monday evening, December 9, 2013 at her home of natural causes. She was born April 6, 1932 in North Liberty to Ivan and Fern (Cline) Cather. On May 12, 1984 she married John "Bob" Larimer in Millersburg. He died May 23, 2000. Surviving her are two sons, Todd (Lee Ann) Cripe, and Tim (Joy) Cripe, both of Goshen; three grandchildren, Tim Cripe II, Ashley Braun, and Allison Matthews; two great-grandchildren, Madison and Mallory Wells; and two brothers, Larry (Jo Ann) Cather, of Mishawaka, and Allen (Sandy) Cather, of Fremont. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and a sister, Nancy Bolin. A 1950 graduate of Mishawaka High School, Pat worked at Goshen Rubber, and the Elkhart County Extention Office, before retiring as office manager at Lewallen Electric. Friends may call 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, December 12, 2013 at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, where a 1 p.m. Friday, December 13, 2013 funeral service will be held. Rev. Ed Fritz of First United Methodist Church will officiate. Cremation will follow the visitation with burial after the service at Brown cemetery, Millersburg.
