Pamala L. Setterblad, 54, of South Bend, died late Sunday afternoon, April 8, 2007, at Indiana University Hospital in Indianapolis after an extended illness. She was born in Coldwater, Michigan, on February 15, 1953, to John J. Yesh and Mary Ann Demski. A resident of Goshen until five years ago, Ms. Setterblad loved working in her flower and vegetable gardens and loved caring for and spending time with her grandchildren. She had worked in previous years at Gulfstream-Conquest. She is survived by her mother, Mary Ann (Michael E.) Demski of Eustis, Florida; three daughters, Brandy (Scott) Mathews, Crystal Conklin and Angel Conklin, all of Goshen; a son, Patrick (Sheila) Murphy of Sturgis, Michigan; seven grandchildren; two sisters, Tammy (Brett) Dunlap of Sturgis, Michigan and Kathy (Allen) Bontrager of White Pigeon, Michigan; two brothers, Michael Yesh of Florida and Todd (Shelley) Yesh of Sturgis, Michigan; and Kurt Fox, her companion of South Bend, Indiana. Friends will be received 5 to 8 p.m., Friday, April 13, at the funeral home. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m., on Saturday, April 14, 2007, at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. Memorials may be given to donor’s choice.
