Ollie Stover 89, of Goshen, died early Tues. morning, Nov. 11, 2014, at Courtyard Healthcare where she had resided the past two years. She was born March 7, 1925 in Tennessee, to Bailey and Polly (Watson) Slaven. Survivors include a daughter, Polly H. (James) York, of Goshen; a son, Robert C. (Elizabeth) Leedy, of Elkhart; five grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and a great-great grandson. She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Hattie Douglas, and six brothers, James, Arlis, Glen, Willie, Oliver and Everett Slaven. A local resident since 1943, Ollie was a homemaker and worked at Land-O-Goshen in the late 1950's. Friends and family will meet at Oakridge Cemetery, Goshen on Friday, Nov. 14, 2014, for a 1 p.m. graveside service. Rev. Billy Lamb will officiate.
