Nita R. Miller, 37, of Parrish, Florida, died Sunday, November 12, 2017 at Goshen Hospital after a two year illness.
She was born April 10, 1980 in Elkhart.
On September 23, 2000 she married Jeff Miller in Goshen.
He survives along with two children, Alivia Raelin and Tyler Jeffrey, both at home; her parents, Daryl and Linda “Lou” (Pence) Yoder of Goshen and two sisters, Lisa Yoder of Millersburg and Mia (Jody) Curtis of Wakarusa.
She was preceded in death by grandparents, Henry N. and Mary Jane Yoder and Delbert “Buck” and Grace Pence and three uncles, Marvin J. Yoder, Eldon L. Yoder, and Timmy L. Pence.
A 1998 graduate of Bethany Christian High School, Nita grew up attending Bethel Missionary Church.
Nita loved children and was a big influence on the lives of her nieces and nephews, Terry II, Justin and Jessica Moles, Caleb and Breydon Nunemaker and Jada and Lydia Curtis.
Friends may call Wednesday, November 15, 2017 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home where an 11 a.m. Thursday funeral service will be conducted. Dr. James Smith, formerly of Bethel Missionary Church and Pastor Joel Gentz of Bethel Missionary Church will officiate.
Burial will follow in Pleasant View Cemetery.
