Neva B. Bickel                                                                                         Neva B. Bickel, 90, of Goshen, died early Friday afternoon, February 3, 2006, at Greencroft Healthcare. She was born February 3, 1916, in Millersburg, Indiana, to Chauncey and Bertha (Stiver) Chrisman.  On December 31, 1941, in Millersburg, she married Lamar Bickel.  He died in March 1943.   Mrs. Bickel, a lifelong resident of the area, worked as an executive secretary to Ralph Penn and later to Al Penn at Penn Controls.  In 1982, after 45 years she retired from Johnson Controls.   Mrs. Bickel, a 1933 graduate of Millersburg High School, graduated from Business School in Des Moines, Iowa, in 1935.  She was a lifetime member of the Zion Community Church, Millersburg, and a 50 year member of the Order of the Eastern Star #397 where she was a past matron.   She is survived by nieces and nephews.   She is preceded in death by her husband, Lamar; two sisters, Irma Larimer and Lois Groff; and a brother, Clayton Chrisman.   Friends will be received 1 to 5 p.m., Sunday, February 5, at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.   A 10:00 a.m., service will be held on Monday, February 6, 2006, at the Zion Community Church, Millersburg.  Pastor Bob Doane will officiate.   Burial will be in Brown Cemetery, Millersburg.   Memorial contributions may be made to the Zion Community Church.
