Nannette Heather Schroeder

Nannette H. Schroeder, 58, of Elkhart, died Wednesday, October 14, 2020, at Elkhart General Hospital.

She was born November 12, 1961 in Elkhart.

Nannette is survived by four children, Jeremiah (Audrey) Schroeder of Mishawaka, Luke (Amanda) Schroeder of Conklin, Michigan, Joseph (Missy) Schroeder of Nappanee and Isabella F. Conrad of Elkhart; four grandchildren, Zoe, Averie, Wiley and Elowyn; her mother, Jacquelyn Druley and two sisters, Erika Miller of Elkhart and Jennifer McDaniel of New Smyrna Beach, Florida.

She was preceded in death by her father, Francis Edwin Freeland and a brother, Jonathan M. Brooks.

A hair stylist, Nannette enjoyed reading, gardening, music and being outside.  Being with family brought her joy and life.

Visitation will be Sunday, October 18, 2020, from 3 to 5 p.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.  Cremation will follow and burial will be at a later date in Violett Cemetery.

Memorial donations may be given to Oaklawn Psychiatric Center, Goshen or RETA - Reason Enough to Act.
