Nancy Brumbaugh Varnado

Nancy Brumbaugh Varnado, 66, died Friday, December 13, 2019, at Goshen Hospital.

She was born July 13, 1953 in Goshen to Richard and Florence (Lahr) Brumbaugh.

In 1973 she married Sam Varnado.

He survives along with her mother, Florence, and three siblings, Steven (Lois) Brumbaugh of Goshen, Deanna (Ray) Cochell of Gilbert, Arizona and Gary Brumbaugh of New Paris.

A 1971 graduate of Goshen High School, Nancy was very creative and enjoyed crafting.  She was interested in genealogy.  Currently she provided wonderful care for her mother and volunteered in home healthcare services.

A civil service employee, Nancy worked at Norad in Colorado, and most recently worked at Mammoth Cave, Kentucky.

A 10 a.m. Wednesday, December 18, 2019, graveside service will be conducted at Milford Cemetery.  Pastor John Hickey will officiate.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to National Multiple Sclerosis Society c/o Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.
