Nancy Phipps

Nancy (Kulp) Phipps, 83, of Goshen passed away Sunday, July 7, 2019 at her residence.

She was born December 9, 1935 in Goshen, the daughter of Frank and Gladys Kulp-Ott.

A lifetime Goshen resident, she was married to Robert Phipps.

Nancy will be remembered for her feisty disposition and will be missed by many.

Survivors include two children, Steve (Tina) Phipps and Kathy Jarrett, her caregiver for the past year; grandchildren, Stephen Jarrett, Keri Foust, Patrick Hohman, Natalie Jarrett and Jessica (Adam) Loucks, who was instrumental in maintaining her grandmother’s independence in her home.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Bob; a brother, James Kulp and a sister, Liz Kulp.

Cremation will take place and a graveside service will be held at a later date.
