Nancy H. Nisley

Nancy H. Nisley 72, of Goshen, died Thursday, December 12, 2013 at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Ft. Wayne. She had been in declining health the past five years. She was born December 28, 1940 in Ivel, Kentucky, to Charles and Erma (Hendricks) Goble. On August 20, 2001, she married John R. Nisley in Goshen. He survives along with two sons, David (Kris) Watkins, and Elmer Watkins, Jr., both of Ivel, Kentucky, six grandchildren; three step-children; and a brother, Kevin Goble, of Beatyville, Kentucky. She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Elmer Watkins, Sr.; and a daughter, Sherry Witt. Funeral services will be held at a later date in Ivel, Ky., with burial at Davidson Memorial Gardens, Ivel, Ky.
