Nancy Jo Dills

Nancy Jo Dills, 65, of Goshen, died Saturday evening, September 22, 2007, in the emergency room at Elkhart General Hospital.  She had been ill the past six months. She was born in Wakarusa on March 10, 1942, to Paul Richard and Geraldine (Truex) Null.  She married Michael D. Dills on March 3, 1958, in Goshen.  He survives. A 1958 graduate of Wakarusa High School, Mrs. Dills was a longtime resident of the area.  She had worked as a supervisor of quality control at Goshen Rubber for 27 1/2 years before retiring in 1988. She is survived by her husband, Michael; a son, James David Dills of Goshen; two daughters, Sandra Ann Dill of Goshen, and Debra (Ben) Hurt of Centerville, Tennessee; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; three brothers, Richard Null, Robert (Bonnie) Null and Terry (Clara) Null, all of Goshen; and two sisters, Sally (Alton) Williamson of West Virginia and Jane Null of Ligonier. She was preceded in death by a brother, Donald Allan Null. Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, September 25, at the funeral home. A 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 26, 2007, funeral service will be conducted at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.  Rev. James Hostettler of Family Worship Center will officiate. Burial will be in Oakridge Cemetery, Goshen. Memorial contributions may be made to United Cancer Services of Elkhart County.
