Montine K. Swihart

Montine K. Swihart, 78, of Goshen, died Sunday, September 2, 2018, at Goshen Hospital.

She was born August 28, 1940 in Goshen.

In 1961 she married Patrick Wedge and they divorced in 1988.  He died in 2006.  On June 28, 1994 she married Norman Swihart and he died July 26, 2015.

Survivors include a son, Randy (Brenda) Wedge of Goshen; two grandsons, Eric and Nathan Wedge; two great-granddaughters, Nevaeh and Lilly Wedge; a brother, Brian Kelly of Manistee, Michigan;a half-brother, Mike (Marilyn) Kelly of Elkhart and a step-daughter, Dawn (Craig) Jackson of Howe.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Fritz Kelly and Virginia (Perkins) Knight and a son, Rick Wedge in 1988.

Mrs. Swihart retired from Goshen Community Schools where she worked in payroll.

Friends will be received Thursday, September 6, 2018, from 4 p.m. until the 7 p.m. funeral service at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.  Pastor Mike Kelly, Word of Truth, Milford, will officiate.

Cremation will follow the service.

Memorial contributions  may be given to Faith Mission, Elkhart or Goshen Home Care and Hospice.
