Molly Ann Truex, 58, of Syracuse, died unexpectedly at her home early Friday morning, February 15, 2008. She was born in Goshen on May 20, 1949, to the late John Hutchinson and Phyllis (Troup) Hutchinson of Goshen. She married Terry L. Truex in Goshen on September 27, 1968. He survives. A lifelong area resident, Mrs. Truex along with her husband, owned and operated the family business, Travel Star Products in Syracuse. She had also worked at Whitehall Labs in Elkhart from 1991 to 2000. A 1967 Goshen High School graduate, she was a life member of the Lady’s Auxiliary at the Goshen VFW Post #985. She had also been a union officer at Whitehall Labs and had attended St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. She is survived by her husband, Terry; her mother, Phyllis Hutchinson of Goshen; two sons, Kevin M. Truex of Goshen, and Tony N. Truex of Bremen; two grandchildren, Nicholas and Hannah Truex; a sister, Sally (John) Weaver of Sarasota, Florida; and two brothers, Thomas (Marsha) Hutchinson of LaFayette and Edward (Cindy) Hutchinson of Elkhart. She was preceded in death by her father and a brother, John David Hutchinson in 1982. Friends may call 4 to 6 p.m., Monday, February 18, at the funeral home. A 6:00 p.m., Monday, February 18, 2008, memorial service will be held at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Goshen Boys and Girls Club.
