Minnetta Jane Hooker

Minnetta Jane Hooker, 73, of Goshen, was found at her home on Thursday evening, May 22, 2008.  She had been in failing health over the past year. She was born August 19, 1934 in Marion, Indiana to Guy and Clara (Smyser) Nealis. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Goshen, Tri Kappa, Medical Alliance, Goshen Library Club, Maplecrest Country Club, and M.C.W.I.C. Stock Club. She is survived by her father, Guy Nealis; a daughter, Gwyn (Steve) Malone of Syracuse; a son, Donald (Cheri) Hooker of Sevierville, Tennessee; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother and a brother, Dain Nealis. There will be no visitation.  Her body will be cremated and private family services will follow.
