Michael A. Wise Ii

Michael A. Wise II, 22, of Elkhart died Friday, December 13, 2024 at the home of his mother.

He was born August 7, 2002 in Orlando, Florida.

Survivors include his father, Michael A. (Tiffany) Wise; mother, Rochelle Benveniste; a son, Malakai and his mother, Zoie Himes; three siblings, Paiton Wise, Nicholas Pernice and Kayleigh Begin; step-siblings, London, Jayden and Christopher; grandmothers, Teresa Osborn and Ann Pernice; and a grandfather, Dave Smith.

Michael is also survived by a host of extended family and friends that will miss him dearly.

They will miss his personality, his music interests, and his place in this world. Michael will be remembered for his resilience, courage, and strong-minded willfulness, which all translated into positive determination.

He enjoyed working out. He was a loving father with big dreams and always brought laughter anywhere he went. Michael had a close relationship with God and strived to succeed the best he could.

Visitation will be Thursday, December 19, 2024 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, and also Friday from 9 a.m. until the 10 a.m. funeral service, also at the funeral home. Pastor Dave Rowland will officiate.

Burial will follow at Violett Cemetery, Goshen.
