Michael Allen Juif

Michael A. Juif, 54, of New Paris, died at his home Sunday morning, February 5, 2012, after a five month illness. He was born in Kendallville August 1, 1957 to Phillip and Ruth (Hass) Juif, Goshen. He married Dawn Gangwer October 23, 1982 at Trinity Lutheran Church, Goshen. She survives. Other survivors include his parents, a son, Travis Michael (Lisa) Juiff of Mishawaka; a daughter, Erica (Jeremy) Nyikos of Fort Wayne; and three sisters, Teresa Pierson of Ohio, Laura (Dave) Stout and Julie Juif, both of Goshen. Mr. Juif grew up in Millersburg and attended River Oaks Community Church, Goshen. A lover of nature, he enjoyed motorcycling, snowmobiling and hiking. He was owner of Accent Trends, an automotive restyling company. His first business, of which he was part owner, was Juif &Herr Custom Paint. He had also worked at Starcraft. A 7 p.m. memorial service will be held Thursday, February 9, 2012 at River Oaks Community Church, 58020 CR 115, Goshen. Pastor Tim Rowland will officiate. Memorial contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society.
