Michael D. Hatch

Michael D. Hatch, 82, of Goshen, died early Monday, March 7, 2022 at The Maples at Waterford Crossing.

He was born February 16, 1940 in South Bend to William and Caroline (Turin) Hatch.

On June 2, 1962 he married Martha Byers in South Bend.

She survives along with two sons, John (Beth) Hatch of Independence, Missouri and Timothy (Heather) Hatch of Tucson, Arizona; three grandchildren, Callie (Ryan) Gorman, Zoe Hatch and Olivia Hatch; and a brother, Hugh Hatch of San Marcos, California.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by five siblings, Sarah, William, Robert, James and Elaine Marie; and a grandson, Gabriel.

Mr. Hatch was a U.S. Navy veteran. He worked as a sales manager for 1 ^st Ayd Corporation, and was a Deacon at LifePoint Church, Goshen. Michael enjoyed bowling and was an accomplished musician.

A memorial service will take place Sunday, March 20, 2022 at 3 :30 p.m at LifePoint Church, 1006 South 16th Street, Goshen.
