Michael H. Goven

Michael  Goven, 73, of Goshen, passed away Friday, January 10, 2025 at Majestic Care of Goshen.

He was born July 13, 1951 in Muskegon, Michigan, son of Harold and Mary (Smith) Goven.

On June 3, 1994 he married Mary Hauch in Elkhart.

Surviving are his wife, Mary Goven; 2 children , Andra (Florian) Goven of Germany and Paul Goven of Pierceton; four grandchildren, Baily, Nathaniel, Paul Jr. & Macy; a brother; and three sisters.

Along with his parents, Michael was preceded in death by a brother, Paul Goven.

Michael served in the ARMY from 1968 to 1972. He worked as a Certified Welder and could build anything out of metal, he also liked to work on cars. He was family oriented and did the best for his family.

Cremation will take place at Yoder-Culp Crematory.
