Mary A. Miller

Mary A. Miller, 98, of Goshen died Saturday afternoon, November 6, 2010, at Greencroft Healthcare.  she had been ill the last three years. She was born April 20, 1912, in Nappanee to Jacob and Sophia (Bleile) Holaway.  She married Lester J. Miller on November 1, 1939, in Nappanee.  He died July 1989. A homemaker, Mrs. Miller lived in Nappanee until she moved to Greencroft in 1988.  She was a member of the North Main Street Mennonite Church, Nappanee. She is survived by three children, Dorcas (Don) Steider of Goshen, Lynford (Lois) Miller of Middlebury, and Philip (Nanette) Miller of Goshen; nine grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sisters and four brothers. Friends may call 5 to 8 p.m., Monday, November 8, at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. A 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, November 9, 2010, memorial service will be conducted at North Main Street Mennonite Church. Burial will be in Union Center Cemetery, Nappanee.
