Mary Lou Williams

Mary Lou Williams, 88, of Goshen, died Thursday, November 29, 2018, at her home.

She was born March 6, 1930 in Goshen to John L. and Gladys J. (Rink) Steele.

On March 25, 1950 she married Harmon “Hap” Williams.

He survives along with three children, Susan (John) Fairless of Perrysville, Ohio, and Marla Schrader and Ben Williams, both of Goshen; five grandchildren; a great grandchild; a sister, Jackie Lung of Goshen and a son-in-law, Robert Rolfs of Salt Lake City, Utah.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a daughter, Diane Rolfs.

A 1948 graduate of Goshen High School, Mrs. Williams worked at the Goshen BMV office and the Goshen News.  She volunteered at Goshen Hospital and served one term on the hospital board.

Visitation will be Tuesday, Dec.ember4, 2018, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home where a 10 a.m. Wednesday, December 5, funeral service will be conducted.  Pastors Ed and Brenda Fritz, First United Methodist Church, will officiate.

Burial will follow in Violett Cemetery.
