Mary Elizabeth Lamb

Mary Elizabeth Lamb, 99, of Goshen, died Saturday, December 14, 2019 at Courtyard Healthcare.

She was born May 3, 1920 in Elkhart to Harry C. and Mildred (Scherling) Goard.

On July 31, 1949 she married Roy Russell Lamb in Eugene, Oregon. He died Oct. 25, 2002.

Mrs. Lamb is survived by two children, Jennifer Lamb of Salem, Oregon and Geoffrey S. Lamb of Goshen.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband; a son, Laurence Lamb; two brothers, Edward and Stanley Goard and two sisters, Mildred Worthington and Marjorie Ruschmann.

Mrs. Lamb enjoyed bowling, playing cards and horseback riding.

There will be no local services.  Burial will be in Willamette National Cemetery, Portland, Oregon.

Yoder-Culp Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
