Mary (Keim) R. Graves, 85, died on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at The Restoracy of Goshen.
She was born May 3, 1941, in Hebron, Porter County, Indiana, to the late Walter W. and Thelma (Birky) Keim.
Mary graduated from Bethany Christian High School in 1959. Following high school, she completed two years of volunteer service in Colorado, where she met her husband, Lewis Graves. They were married on December 1, 1962, in Goshen, Indiana. Lewis preceded her in death in 2005.
Mary is survived by her three children: James "Jim" (Kim) Graves, Gail Gerber, and Don (Sheryl) Graves, all of Goshen; and seven grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her sister, Phyllis Beckler.
A devoted homemaker, wonderful wife, mother and grandmother, Mary spent most of her adult life caring for and spending time with her family. She loved traveling with Lewis in their RV across the country. Mary enjoyed cooking and cherished moments spent with her family. She had strong faith and was a member of College Mennonite Church.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Eighth Street Mennonite Church in Goshen, followed by an 11:00 a.m. memorial service with Pastor Julia Gingrich officiating.
Private scattering of ashes will take place at College Mennonite Church Memorial Garden.
