Mary Louis Dimpfl Henry

Mary Louise Dimpfl Henry, 84, of Goshen, passed away Saturday, April 9, 2016, at I.U. Health Goshen Hospital.

She was born March 12, 1932 in Chicago to Luis and Pauline (Sandhofer) Dimpfl.

She is survived by six children, Lauretta (John) Endean of Phoenix, Arizona, Linda (Armando) Ponce of Goshen, Steven (Renee) Henry of Huntington Beach, California, Alex (Vicki) Russell of Tinley Park, Illinois, and Jerome Russell  and Charles Dimpfl, both of Chicago; seven grandchildren, Nick, Brian, Meaghan, Andrew, Adam, Ian and Austin; two great-grandchildren, Izak, Giana and expecting another; and a sister, Susan (Alfred) Barrett of Spring Hill, Florida.

Mary moved to Goshen from Chicago in 2006.  She graduated from St. Gregory High School and attended Mundelein College.  She later pursued her career in nursing and retired from Ravenswood Hospital, Chicago, after many years of service.

Private services have been conducted and cremation will take place at Yoder-Culp Crematory.

Memorial contributions may be given to I.U. Health Goshen Hospital to benefit the nursing staff.
