Martha Brubaker

Martha M. Brubaker, 89, of Goshen, died Monday, November 23, 2020, at Courtyard Healthcare Center.

She was born January 30, 1931, in Beccaria, Pennsylvania to Jacob and Anna (Junick) Polinsky.

On July 10, 1950, she married Galen L. Brubaker in Winchester, Virginia.  He died January 23, 2019.

She is survived by their children, Lloyd (Carrie) Brubaker of Goshen, Coleen Brubaker of Denver, Colorado, Ron (Deb) Brubaker of Goshen, and Gail (Jeff) Vance of Elkhart; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; 13 step-great-grandchildren and eight step great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, Ted Brubaker; a grandson, Jeff Vance; a step-grandson, Robert Vance; and eight siblings, Mary, Catherine “Katie”, Julia, Susan, Ann, Michael, Joseph and John.

Martha was a member of Yellow Creek Church of the Brethren, and worked at NIBCO as a machine operator.  A loving homemaker, Martha enjoyed cooking, baking and picking wild raspberries.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Yoder-Culp Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
