Marsha K. Nelson

Marsha K. Nelson, 78, of Goshen, passed away unexpectedly Monday, October 10, 2022, at her home.

She was born January 17, 1944, in Goshen to Fredrick and Lucille (Duncan) Torrance.

On February 9, 1962 she married Ronald E. Nelson in Goshen.  He died May 24, 2014.

Marsha is survived by two sons, Fredrick Nelson and Scott (April) Nelson, both of Goshen; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Along with her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Larry Torrance.

A doting grandmother, she was a member of the Goshen Moose Lodge and the Goshen DAV.  She had worked at Greencroft in the kitchen.

Visitation will be Friday, October 14, 2022, from 4 p.m. until the 6 p.m. funeral service at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.

Cremation will follow the service and burial will be at a later date in Oakridge Cemetery, Goshen.

Memorial donations may be given to Goshen Moose Lodge #836 or Elkhart County Humane Society.
