Marlene J. Gingerich, 76, of Goshen passed away Wednesday, June 4, 2025 at her home surrounded by family.
She was born January 20, 1949 in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota to Henry Carl and Fern Elizabeth (Stoll) Buller.
On December 17, 1970 she married Stan Gingerich in Fulks Run, Virginia.
He survives along with their children, Christopher (Anamaria Guevara-Gingerich) Gingerich of Goshen, Tara (Andy) Hathaway of Noblesville, Karie Gingerich of Fishers, Kayla Gingerich of Goshen and Jordan Gingerich of Indianapolis; daughter-in-law, Sylvia Gingerich of Elkhart; 13 grandchildren; two great-grandsons; a sister, Marva Jean Miller of Goshen; and a brother, Marlowe J. (Diana) Buller of Beloit, Wisconsin.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Todd Phillip Gingerich; and siblings, Marlin, Myla, Malena and Marlys Buller.
Mrs. Gingerich worked as a special needs teacher for Goshen Community Schools for 22 years. She was a loving mother and grandmother, who enjoyed crocheting projects, reading, listening to Country and Country Gospel music.
Family will receive friends Friday, June 6, 2025 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, Goshen.
No other services are planned. Burial of her cremated remains will take place at a later date.
