Mark Wayne Prihoda

Mark Wayne Prihoda, 61, of Goshen, passed away unexpectedly Friday, July 7, 2023.

He was born December 23, 1961, in Goshen to Archie F. and Linda Janice (Heckelman) Prihoda.

Mark is survived by his sister, Beverly Prihoda of Goshen; brother Ray (Joyce) Prihoda of Neosho, Missouri and sister-in-law, Teresa Bontrager of Goshen.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Elizabeth (Wakeland) Prihoda and a brother, Roger Prihoda.

An avid University of Michigan fan, Mark was a solitary but very generous man with a heart of gold.  He was a longtime forklift driver for Forest River.

An 11a.m., graveside service will be held Tuesday, July 11, 2023, at Oakridge Cemetery.  Nephew Matt Prihoda will officiate.  A time to celebrate Mark’s life will be held, Tuesday, July 11, from 5 to 6 p.m. at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home.

Memorial donations may be given to Elkhart County Humane Society.
